Type: Contract – Hybrid
Location: Pretoria/Johannesburg
We are looking for a business analyst with at least 5 years of experience to analyse business needs
and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, using:
• Agile tooling & reporting dashboards
• SQL BPMN / UML
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• API concepts (REST, JSON)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Assist with solution validation and testing
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
#2. Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
• Relevant degree or certification
• 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
Preferred
• Requirements documentation
• Stakeholder communication
• Analytical thinking
