We are looking for a scrum master with at least 5 years of experience to facilitate Agile practices
and ensure Scrum teams deliver value efficiently and effectively.
At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master, using:
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• Confluence
• Agile tooling & reporting dashboards
• Basic understanding of development languages
#1. Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and support team productivity
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Track and report on team performance metrics
#2. Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
• 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
Preferred
• Facilitation and coaching
• Conflict resolution
• Strong communication and organisational skills
